Bird poo stain on car
My car got proper air striked by what appeared to be a flock if emus. It's been cleaned and made all shiny and stuff but there's now a lovely array of splatter marks on it as I had the audacity to leave it a couple if days before scrubbing it off.

Any tips on the best product to use to remove the marks? I'm no petrol head but I'm assuming t cut is more fir scratches and too abrasive.

Any help great fully appreciated

Thanks in advance

Bird shite is acidic isn't it or alkaline, one or the other?

Orbital sander with 30g disc.

Job done, failing that - good detergent and a pressure washer.

Yeah - so it leaves a lovely little mark like a water mark.

I'm pro hunting now - I'd be happy to go all dick dastardly on the pigeon fucker who did it ( we don't get many other birds round here - though my next door neighbour is a spinstery nutcase so it could have been her, though I don't think that type if bird poo is acidic)

I think you'll need to smear some of your own shit on top of it. Then get a damp cloth and wipe (the car). Job done.

Hair of the dog and all that......

Get a bird to shit all over the rest of the car so it doesn't stand out

Depending on how far it has etched depends on what will get rid or reduce it.

A normal polish like Autoglym super resin polish should tackle the very lightly etched stains. Something like Menzera Fast gloss on a a rotary for moderately etched. Wet sand / rotary polish for badly etched.

If you want to try a hand polish with a decent cut and capable of finishing to a decent shine then something like Gtechniq P1 would be a good choice.

T-Cut will make more of a mess of the paint than the etching has.

Experience: Ive run a valeting / detailing company for the last 6 years.

also, you need to factor in how hard or soft the paint is, and if you're using a compound like fast gloss, you will need a finishing polish to get rid of holograms left from the compound.

Sniper

Get a bottle of Autoglym Paint Renovator and two microfibre cloths. All in should cost you about £12

Follow the instructions on the bottle and it will be back to perfect after 2 or 3 minutes firm polishing.

Use one cloth to rub the product in and polish it and the second one to clean the area after and buff it

Uncle Irish sorts your problems

Some kitchen towel and boiling water...leave it on to soak for a while and use you thumbnail (though the towel) to remove any stubborn marks..my mate valets cars and swears by this method
Cheers

Could be an elephant masturbating on your car!

Um...technically, I think that is frottage, not masturbation.
